My game is crashing or showing alert/error messages

Enable transcoding in your video and set codec to VP8 instead of Auto

Video does not play in a WebGL build

As noted on the asset's Unity Asset Store page, playing videos from files is not yet supported in WebGL builds, due to a platform limitation.

When running the tutorial screen nothing happens

Make sure that the Tutorial Manager's Auto Initialize option is checked and that all configured categories have at least one item.

The error I'm getting is not listed here. What do I do?
